Customer Connect is a wonderful tool to submit and track your dry cleaning orders. It's helpful for both in-store and home delivery customers.

It's simple! Customer Connect allows you to:
  • Check order status in real-time.
  • Schedule/cancel your pickup/delivery.
  • Search cleaning history for specific garments by type, color, and brand.
  • View account activity and payment information.
  • Securely update your personal information and method of payment.
  • Make a payment.
Existing customers logging in for the first time: Email address: Use the one on file with Swiss. If you don’t have one on file, please call 860-872-0166 to avoid duplicate records Password: Use the last four digits of the phone number on file with Swiss as a temporary password
