The honeymoon is over, and your bridal gown hanging in your closet is out of sight, out of mind. Most brides have the best of intentions to bring it in for cleaning, but what they don’t realize is that the longer it stays in the closet, the harder it is to clean. As stains age and are exposed to heat, they become increasingly difficult to remove. You can trust that the Swiss team is professionally  trained in garment care, stain removal, and handling delicate items.

When you bring your gown in for cleaning, our team will carefully inspect it and review the care instructions. Regardless of these instructions, we require special permission to process lace, beads and metallic embellishments prior to cleaning. The entire process can take between 4 and 6 weeks, and a 50% deposit is required at the time of drop off.

Optional acid free keepsake boxes are a perfect way to protect your investment and preserve your gown as an heirloom for future generations. Once your gown has been cleaned and pressed, we’ll contact you to inspect it before it is placed in the keepsake box.
